Printing Services Frequently Asked Questions

What will DHL do if Im not home?

If you missed a delivery, you'll find a DHL missed-delivery card in your mailbox. Our DHL courier will automatically try to deliver your parcel again the next workday. If that does not suit you, you can select a new delivery time before 10:30 PM. That way, you'll have your parcel in no time.

How many times will DHL attempt to deliver?

How many times will DHL try to deliver the parcel to the designated address? We offer two free delivery attempts. After two unsuccessful attempts you may collect the parcel at the DHL Parcel Customer Service Centre.

Can I send Cash via DHL?

Unfortunately, you cannot send cash via courier. This includes any legal tender such as bank notes and coins. Credit and debit cards are restricted items, and whether they are permitted depends on the courier company and the destination country.

What print options are there for photo prints?

Presently the app only offers Gloss finish for photo prints.

Can I print my passport sized photos?

You can print your ID, Passport, VISA application photo as well as anything from wallet sized to 8 x 12.

What medium do you print on?

We print on fabric, canvas, backlit, bond paper, Matt, photo paper, indoor & outdoor vinyl, wall paper and PVC.

What can you print on the large format?

With our large format printer, we can do the following;
• Photos on Canvas
• Posters
• Retails store and window branding
• Building and engineering plans
• Labels, stickers and menus
• Portable, X-Roll up and banners

What poster sizes can you print?

On the large format print we print sizes from A3 (297mm*420mm) to A0 (841mm * 1189mm).

Can I pay using my debit or Credit Card?

Yes we accept VISA and Master cards in all our stores. T&Cs apply on minmum amount you can swipe.

Are you open on weekend and Holidays?

Yes we are open on Saturdays and Sundays as well as public holidays except Christmas day.
